'If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for lifetime, educate people.' Indeed, one can even say that the quality of education will determine the destiny of the nation.

An eminent sociologist, Emile Durkheim defines education as the influence exercised by the adult generation upon those who are not yet ready for adult life. Every child deserves a good education, one that allows them to follow their dreams and the other to achieve their potential. The importance of education in the life of an individual cannot be overstated. It shapes individuals in their formative years and imbues them with values that would govern all their choices in life.

For us, education does not mean providing answers. It means to equip the pupil with the means to find answers for him/her and empowers him/her to discover himself/herself. As Swami Vivekananda rightly said - "Education is not the amount of information that we put into your brain and runs riot there, undigested, all your life. We must have life building, man making, character making assimilation of ideas. If you have assimilated five ideas and made them your life and character, you have more education than any man who has got by heart a whole library."

Further, each child has a hidden potential and our primary objective is to channelize their energy and dreams to become self-reliant, productive individuals. We inspire the children to embrace new age challenge and find joy and self-worth which help in unfolding innate talents. We also provide a congenial, positive, creative educational environment that supports and nurtures young and talented minds. 'From tiny seeds, grow mighty trees'- within the children we plant tiny seeds, each day. In order for them to grow into strong adults, they need deep roots... roots that are sunk in the soil of self confidence and strong values and beliefs. Each day, we must water them with hope, kindness and love. We must feed the plants with nutrients of knowledge, character and dedication. To nurture the child as a whole, the holistic approach encourages learning through engagement of the environment.

One of the major challenges of the present times in the shaping of young minds, bombarded with enormous information through various forms of media. Further, at Little Champs, we emphasis upon the holistic development which focuses on addressing all the needs of a child like - emotional, physical, intellectual, creative, relational and spiritual. Accept the challenges so that you can feel the exhilaration of victory. Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.
