Orange Day was celebrated at Little Champs, The Jain International School, on Monday,8th Sept. 2014, with zest. Orange is adynamic colour that stimulates imagination, hope and creativity. Our tiny – tots were dressed in shades of orange, shining like the bright sun.
The event was celebrated to acquaint the little cherubswith the concept of orange colour and objects related to it. The class rooms were beautifully decorated with orange coloured objects, balloons and ribbons. The students sung songs and enacted poems on orange colour during the morning assembly.
To add zing, the teachers helped the children in crafting kites and they were served with orange juice and orange candies towards the end of the day to add the flavours of orange to the Orange Day Celebrations.
