Yellow Day and Corn Party (15^th July, 2016)

    Yellow shines with optimism, enlightment and happiness. Shades of golden yellow carry the promise of a positive future. The pre-primary students of The Little Champs of The Jain International School celebrated Yellow Day with great enthusiasm. The students were all dressed in yellow coloured school uniform. The event was celebrated to acquaint the little cherubs with the concept of yellow colour and objects related to it.

    The students sung songs and enacted poems on yellow colour during the morning assembly. The classrooms were beautifully decorated with yellow coloured objects & balloons. As a yellow day craft work, the children made lion with yellow coloured paper which further strengthed the yellow colour recognition.. The day concluded with a party wherein they relished sweet corn, pop corn and corn. Children left to their homes with the headgear of sunflower and yellow coloured balloon in their hands as a return gift.
