IH Chess Competition

Groups B & C (Girls & Boys)

At TJIS, Kanpur

 

 Chess helps you to concentrate and improve your logic. It teaches you to play by the rules and take responsibility for your actions, how to solve problem in an uncertain environment.  Chess is one of the world’s favourite indoor board games. It requires skill, determination, practice as well as physical and mental skill.

 

An Inter House Chess Competition was organized at The Jain International School, Kanpur on 21st April, 2022 for Group - B ( Classes VI to VIII) & Group C ( Classes IX to XII) for both boys and girls. An Inter House Chess Competition was organized at The Jain International school, Kanpur on 21^st April, 2022. One girl and one boy was shortlisted  from each house for each group – Group - B ( Classes VI to VIII) & Group C ( Classes IX to XII).

 

Under able guidance and supervision of sports department the students participated enthusiastically and energetically. There was a tug of war among all the houses for the first place. Children showed their techniques and mental skills and posed tough competition to their opponents.
