 A Trip to  Bajrangi Nursery By Tjis, Kanpur on 21st July, 2022 .

 

 Every flower blooms at a different pace. Excel at doing what your passion is and only focus on perfecting it.

 

 The Jain International School organised a trip to the Bajrangi Nursery ???? which was in tune with Jeevan Kaushal's topic for this month on plants.The field trip helped in encompassing the central idea and all attributes of the lines of inquiry from Grades Vl to Vlll .

 Bajrangi Garden has varied plant sections consisting of Medicinal plants, Crown thorns, Touch me not, Horse tail , Purple Passion flower ,Ashoka and so on. The students of TJIS  took keen interest in knowing different types of plants/trees/shrubs & herbs ???????? They had a lot of queries, that were answered to their satisfaction which also helped them understand that plant ?? parts vary in sizes & shapes to perform certain specific functions.The trip also gave the students an opportunity to spend time with their friends and teachers.  The mentors Mr. Umesh Rathor, Ms. Anjali Singh, Ms. Gurleen Kaur, Mr. Sanjay Dixit contributed towards it. The students understood the importance of plants???? to mankind in that “plants give a lot” and all living organisms are dependent on it for basic amenities such as food, clothing, housing, medicine, etc… A visit to the Bajrangi Nursery showcased the efforts made to revive and sustain a green planet. The trip not only fulfilled a meaningful learning experience, it gave students a chance to demonstrate some sense of responsibility, cooperation, tolerance, concern for others, sharing, being free and independent outside the confines of the school.
