Inter House Elocution

"Speakers who talk about what life has taught them never fail to keep the attention of their listeners."

An Inter House Elocution Competition was organized at TJIS .

The motive of the competition was to give  the students an opportunity to combat one of the biggest stage fright.

The morning dawned with the morning assembly in the benign presence of our Honourable Principal Mrs.Deepa Singh, Headmistress Mrs. Rekha Singh and IT Incharge Mrs. Jyoti Johari followed by the debate competition where there were two categories: Grades IX to XII and Grades VI to VIII.

The children of Grades I to V were involved in recitation of poem.

The positions of four houses were as follows:

The event was  hosted successfully by Blue Panthers under the guidance of Mr. Shubham Gupta and skillfully anchored by Mrityunjay Pandey and Kartikey Singh Chauhan under the guidance of Mrs. Meena Singh Chauhan .All the participants perfomed well and were deeply engaged.

 Mrs. Reeta Yadav along with students Sanyukti Nigam  and Sanvi  Yadav  pressed the buzzer to warn the participants of the competition timely.were the Score Keepers.

The judges Mrs. Deepa Singh ,Mrs. Rekha Singh and Mrs. Jyoti Johari praised the efforts of the students and teachers for conducting such a grand event.

Overall the day was hailed a success and has set the bar height for the students in upcoming  events.

"The best way to conquer stage fright is to know what you are talking about."
