Parent Orientation Programme

"A parent is a teacher at home and a teacher is a parent in school and the child is the centre of our universe.”
An orientation programme for the parents of Classes I to VIII was organised by TJIS, Kanpur.
The aim of the Parent Orientation Programme was to ensure that the parents are at ease about the transition of the students from the junior school to the senior school, and a warm interaction between the parents and the teachers ensured the same.

. The Examination Coordinator Mrs. Jyoti Johri and Academic Coordinator of Little Champs Mrs. Richa Sharma addressed the parents. They explained about the school rules and policies, co-curricular activities, achievements and the new assessment scheme in detail, to ensure that the parents are suitably informed.
Principal, Mrs.Deepa Singh guided the parents on how to nurture their children by not only focusing on academics but also on learning important skills to succeed in life.
The programme concluded with an interactive session which paved the way for healthy interaction between the parents and teaching fraternity.
Overall, it was an interactive and informative session
