To honour Kargil heroes who sacrificed their lives for their motherland on 26th July, 1999, the TJIS, Kanpur celebrated Kargil Vijay Diwas.
The auspicious day commenced with the morning assembly
conducted in a very well coordinated manner in which the students of Little Champs performed a sparkling
dance performance on patriotic songs and the student of Senior wing, Srishti Tripathi sung patriotic song which filled the entire atmosphere with an immense zeal and patriotism.

He explained the importance of Kargil Vijay Diwas to the students.
This was followed by the National Anthem sung in unison by all.
