" Meri Mati Mera Desh " organised by Nagar Nigam on October 25, 2023
 at Valmiki Park, Motijheel, Kanpur.
To inculcate the feeling of unity and honour the bravery of soldiers, Nagar Nigam  organised the event " Meri Mati Mera Desh"at Valmiki Park, Motijheel, Kanpur. 
The event started in the presence of many political leaders including  Mrs.Pamila Pandey (Mayor), Mr.Arun Pathak and Mr.Mahesh Trivedi .
The students of TJIS participated in the event with immense zeal. Aradhya Agarwal (class V) recited a patriotic poem. The choir of TJIS impressed the audience with their melodious voice.
The Mati was brought from different villages to honour brave soldiers. Our honourable Principal Mrs. Deepa Singh was felicitated with a token of gratitude by Nagar Nigam.
Overall, the event was organised to remember the sacrifices of brave soldiers .
" Brave men rejoice in adversity, just as brave soldiers triumph in war."
