Kanpur Sahodaya Schools (KSS) is a platform where the students of all the CBSE students get an opportunity to compete for different literary, cultural and sports events and prove their caliber and win laurels for themselves and their schools.The students at The Jain International School never miss an opportunity to compete at KSS level in different activities scheduled in the calendar.

To begin with, on Saturday, 15th July, 2017, four students of our school participated in the KSS Inter School Art Competition that was organised at Super International School under four Groups – A, B, C & D. Medha Mishra of Class 9th A won the 1st Consolation prize.

On Friday, 21st July, KSS Inter – School English Debate Competition was held at Delhi Public School Azad Nagar. About 32 schools participated in the event. The topic was ‘In the Era of Women Empowerment, Women are Still Terrified of Reporting Injustice Against them’.

Navya Gupta of class 11th C spoke in favour of the motion and Sanskriti Purwar of 11th S expressed her views against the motion. We are proud to inform that our school bagged the 2nd Runners-Up Position.

On Saturday, 29th July, 2017 Tanishtha Roy of Class 10th B and Navya Gupta of class 11th C contested in the KSS English Elocution Competition for Groups A(Classes IX / X)and B (XI / XII)respectively. Tanishtha Roy won the 2nd Position amongst 34 schools.

Last but not the least, our fervent and energetic Basket Ball Team brought laurels to the school in Invitational Basket Ball Tournament that was played at Puranchand Vidya Niketan from 31st July to 3rd August, 2017.Our team won the 1st Runners-up Trophy.

Honourable Principal Mr M. K. Panda felicitated the winners with their trophies and certificates with heartiest applaud.
