A Counselling Session on Career Choices

On Friday 28th September, 2018 the students of classes VIII, IX and X of The Jain International School were blessed by the presence of the torchbearer Me. Sandeep Soni Branch Head, Aakash Educational Services Limited, Kanpur, as he lit the path for the students to find out a better career opportunity for themselves.

Sir commenced the session by introducing a situation to the students that whichever dream career they want to go for is also is a dream for lakhs of students of their age; they are not alone aspiring for that career. He informed them about the career fields that they can opt for and also put forward his opinion on how to cross the bridge of career choice and reach the destination that is meant for one. He suggested that it is a matter of interest, attitude, aptitude and the personality of an individual which assists one in aiming for the best results. He further informed the students about the conduction of ANTHE 2018 that is to be held on 28^th October, 2018. The forms were distributed among the students where they were informed the benefits of taking this talent hunt exam.

The way Mr. Sandeep Soni enlightened the students that they must not be influenced by the other students in selecting their careers. He told them to develop their knowledge and put in more efforts to conquer their dreams. He appreciated the students that each one of them has the talent to pursue this exam and can come out with flying colours.

It was an open session with the students where they were invited to put in their views and their career choices as well. Overall it was an interactive and informative session with two way communication.
